Offered a mother in front of me a bunch of free stuff for her kids, and when I let an older gentleman cut in front of me because his purchase was smaller she didnt charge me for some of the items. “ I passed by for a coffee at Cafe Isabella, but i returned because i couldnt resist taking home the beautiful tulips she had displayed outside. Theresa was so sweet, like so many stories here say. We struck conversation and when i mentioned that im new in town, she insisted i take a pastry as a welcome to the city. I loved our interaction, and i appreciate her for being the bright spot of my week. Theresa is a Nob Hill treasure! ”

“ Much like the other reviewers here, Ive never reviewed a grocery store before, but this ladys customer service was wonderful, and so was the carrot cake. I was exploring the sights during a 12hour layover between LAX and Sydney, and stumbled acorss this corner store between Chinatown and Nob Hill. After I purchased an item, she said to me Its very hot outside today. You need to drink water. Please take one from the fridge. ”
